Delivery Policy for Returns and Refunds

Return of Items
After the sofa is shipped and opened, we don’t accept exchanges or refunds unless there is a manufacturing flaw. Delivery
Our Delivery Department will pick up things from the site, and our Parcel Services will pick up returned items.
In any case, within 7–14 days of your order, we will deliver the items you requested as quickly as possible to the address you provide. However, if our ordering form allows it, we reserve the right to deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom.
You will be required to sign for the items to be in good condition when you receive your order.

If the goods we deliver are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing, at our contact address, of the problem within 14 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.
We shall deliver the goods to you within 7-14 days (‘the long delivery date”) of the date on which you ordered them. If we do not deliver the goods by the delivery date, then the sale is canceled. We shall return all monies paid by you to us under the contract of sale but, notwithstanding, shall have no liability to you for the return of funds or otherwise unless you notify us in writing at our contact address of the non-delivery within 14 days from the extended delivery date.

Business Purchases

If you fail to take delivery of the Products and without disadvantage to any other rights and remedies available to us, we may:

(a) store the items until actual delivery and charge you the reasonable costs (including, without limitation, insurance) of storage;
(b)sell the Products at the best easily obtainable price and either: where you have not already paid for the Products, account to you (after deducting all reasonable storage and selling expenses) for any excess over the price you agreed to pay for the Products or charge you for any shortfall below the price you agreed to pay for the Products; OR (ii) where you have already paid for the Products, account to you (after deducting all reasonable storage and selling expenses) for any proceeds received.(b) you suffer or allow any execution, whether legal or equitable, to be levied on your property or obtained against you or you are unable to pay your debts within the meaning of section 123 of the Insolvency Act 1986 or you cease to trade; or
(c) you encumber or in any way change any of the Products.

Faulty Product or Damaged on Arrival

Please note that any products returned to us that you claim to be defective will be checked and verified by our technicians. Any returned products that are not found to be defective will be returned to you and we shall charge you for the returned transport costs via your original payment method or hold the product until full payment has been received by us for the return transport costs.
If you notify a problem to us under this condition, our only obligation will be, at your option:
(a) to make good any shortage or non-delivery;
(b) to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or
(c) to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.
Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question as above.

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only for items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Non-Returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that are damaged, used, or dirty. Please ensure that the products are in perfect condition before initiating a return.
Please note that we do not accept returns on custom-made orders.
Return Process

Once authorized, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.
return Products will be collected by our Parcel Services, our Delivery Department will collect Products from the location.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (flat rate- £199) unless the return is due to a mistake on our part e.g., the wrong item sent.
